West Maui Condos (Lahaina/Kaanapali)



This luxury resort opened in 2009 and is the first non timeshare resort built in West Maui in 20 years! Located on North Kaanapali Beach (), there is over 2 miles of beach and board-walk running all the way from Honua Kai, past the Sheraton Maui and ending at Hyatt Regency Maui.

This resort features spacious studio, one, two and three bedroom suites with luxury furnishings. Inside, the feel is that of a luxury Maui vacation home, graciously furnished in exotic wood, granite counters and stainless steel Bosch appliances. All of the very spacious and comfortable units offer air conditioning, cable flat screen in the living room and each bedroom, DVD player, free internet access, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, separate tub & shower, safe, washer/dryer and a spacious lanai, fully furnished. Each bedroom has a king bed. In 2 BR and 3 BR units, one king bed can be split and made into two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofabed. Every other day housekeeping is included.

On-site amenities include 3 pools, jacuzzi, 2 restaurants, room service, fitness center, full service concierge, children's program and pool & beach activity center.

Duke's of Maui restaurant is owned by the same company that owns popular Kimo's, Hula Grill and Lelani's.

Guests will be charged a Resort Fee of $35 per night plus tax. This provides access to 24-hour fitness room, high speed wired & wireless internet access, in-suite safe, suite starter kit, self or valet parking and unlimited local and long distance calling within North America.


We have received notice from the developers they are moving ahead with the third and final phase of construction named Luana Garden Villas. The developers anticipate the work beginning in March of 2018. Units most impacted by the development will be the exterior facing ones. They don't expect a huge impact with cranes, heavy machinery, or obstructed views, but they do anticipate some points during the project there will be noise. The remainder of the resort and all it's amenities will not have any impact during this time. As with any construction project, we will have discounted/hard hat rates and special offers made available.
