Payment:
Deposits range from $100 per unit to $125 per person depending on
property and is shown on our online order form. Payment balance is due
either 35 days or 55 days before check-in, dependent on property. No
charge will be placed
on your credit card until we obtain the booking confirmation. We
normally reply with your confirmation number within 1 day, often within
hours.
The accommodation voucher and payment receipt is sent to you when full
payment is made.
Once we provide you confirmation, prices (taxes excluded) are firm.
Hawaii taxes are charged based on the dates of stay, not when the
reservation was made or paid. Typographical errors
and pricing errors are subject to correction if corrected before
the confirmation number is provided and the deposit is made. Customer
has
the option of not proceeding if the error results in a higher price.
Cancellation:
For cancellation more than 4 days (more than 18 days at some
properties)
before scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee is $100 per unit. For
cancellation
4 days or less (18 days or less at some properties) before scheduled
arrival,
no-show, or early departure, the cancellation fee is a 2 nights charge
per unit booked. The early departure fee is 2 nights in addition to
those consumed.
Special cancellation policies apply to bookings
for the Christmas/New Years time period. Call or e-mail for

Travel
Protection: CSA Travel Protection Company offers
travel insurance in any dollar amount you wish to purchase. For details

Changes:
The first change to a reservation, if done more than 4 days before the
scheduled
arrival, can usually be made at no charge.
Properties sometimes reduce rates or have limited time specials. These
are always for new reservations only. However, if requested, we may be
able to rebook an existing reservation under a new rate plan. There is
a $75.00 non-refundable rebooking fee to do this.
Minimum Booking:
We require that at least one property be booked at a minimum of $400.
For example, a $200 booking on one island plus a $400 booking on
another
island meets this requirement. Three $200 bookings do not meet this
minimum requirement.
Special minimum night stays apply to bookings
for the Christmas/New Years time period. Call or e-mail for

Occupancy Rules:
The reservation and rate is based upon the number of
adults and children specified when the reservation is made. Should
you arrive at the property with more people than you indicated, you
will either a) have to pay extra person fee(s) at full rack rate or b)
have to rent another room or c) the property may ask you to leave with
no refund.
View Definitions:
Partial Ocean View, Ocean View and Oceanfront
designations are defined by each property and vary between properties.
In general, Partial Ocean View means a small amount of ocean can be
seen from outside on the lanai. Ocean View means a little ocean can be
seen from inside the unit. Oceanfront means a fairly unobstructed view

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a
form or e-mail us.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be
asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone
number and credit card information. You may, however, visit our site
anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the
following ways:

Your information, whether public or private,
will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company
for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the
express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service
requested.

The email address you provide for order processing, may
be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order
and to responding to questions you submit to us.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of
your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or
access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit
information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and
then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those
authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required
to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards) will not
be kept on file for more than 60 days.
Do we use cookies?
We use cookies to keep track of advertisements.

provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be
provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these
linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions
to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online
Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone
under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all
